Evkarpos Country House

I am lying on a lovely sunbed in front of my apartment and next to me the swimming pool is sparkling in the sun. There are only five of them in this Cypriot country house and I feel privileged to be able to enjoy one.

The owners of this little paradise, Klea and Andreas, are good friends of mine. They call it Evkarpos Country House which means "rich in fruit". "How valuable good friends are! Andreas laughs at my comment as he walks onto the terrace with a bottle of Cypriot wine and two glasses. He sits down next to me and together we chat in the sun. The other guests also sit outside on their own terraces adjacent to the pool. It is quiet but cosy and everything exudes Cyprus.

Andreas beams when I tell him about how much Cyprus adorns in the rooms here. You can feel it when you peek down from the loft and see the wooden Cypriot furniture or when you open the shutters of your window and look out on the mountainous landscape...

The best way to discover your destination is by car!

Are you booking a flight holiday? Then a rental car of the lowest category (Small Class) is selected as standard for your trip and you have the option of upgrading the rental car. You can pick up the rental car at the airport and drive to your accommodation yourself.
