'Maria, what a magnificently serene place, with all the greenery and beautiful flowers. A perfect spot to unwind.’ Maria is the friendly lady who had welcomed me to the picturesque Eleni Apartments earlier that day. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and a refreshing drink on the patio and felt at ease right away.
’Come, Eliza! I will show you the apartment’, Maria said with a proud smile on her face. The apartment was recently renovated. From the kitchenette to the bathroom, everything was neat and well-maintained.
I decided to take it easy that day and found myself a comfy lounger by the pool. A great place to get lazy with a good book or have a snooze in the sun. I was looking forward to the evening. I had heard rumours that Maria is a great cook and prepares a delicious Greek meal every night. Maria cooks with love and locally sourced ingredients. She could certainly teach me a thing or two!
The next day would be a bit more active. I would go hiking or perhaps mountain biking. Plenty of beautiful routes to choose from.

Are you booking a flight holiday? Then a rental car of the lowest category (Small Class) is selected as standard for your trip and you have the option of upgrading the rental car. You can pick up the rental car at the airport and drive to your accommodation yourself.
Are you booking a holiday with own transportation? Then the rental car is not included in your trip and you can (at some destinations) book the rental car if you are interested. When you book your rental car, you can pick it up at your destination and drive to your accommodation yourself. The transport to the pick-up point of the rental car is arranged by you.
