As I drive past pastel-coloured cottages and the clear blue waters in my rental car, my mind is already at my lodging for tonight, Villas Dallas. During this holiday on Epirus I have seen so many beautiful things, that I am curious what this place will bring me. For the time being, I enjoy the beautiful hilly landscape around me. When I'm a bit further on, the surroundings have become rich in cypresses and olive trees. I decide to stop along the road and take in the view. Wow, it's beautiful here!
Upon arrival I see a man waving at me; the owner is already waiting to give me a warm welcome. He welcomes me with a welcome drink and together we walk to the villas. Immediately he starts telling about his background. Originally he is a shepherd, but now his big dream has come true: he is the owner of Villas Dallas!
I look around me. It's a modern house with here and there a cheerfully coloured pink wall on the outside. When Mr. Dallas shows me the villa where I am staying, I fall in love at once. The pool glistens in the sun and I can't wait to take a dip. Meanwhile Mr. Dallas tells me everything about the area and about the things to do. He tells me that I can take a cooking course with him tomorrow and that seems like a great idea. I can already see that in the kitchen of this villa I can immediately put these lessons into practice. This will be a wonderful week in Villas Dallas!
