Wow, Olia suites is something else. The view took my breath away the second I arrived. With those tall mountain cliffs in the background, it felt like I stepped straight into a painting. I could hear my name in the distance. They had been eagerly awaiting my arrival; a magnificent welcome by friendly owners who made me want to jump for joy. I walked in with a big smile and knew this would become an unforgettable trip..
The owners bought and completely renovated the building last year. The father used to be a contractor and did a lot of the work himself – some of the interior and exterior walls boast his very own brickwork; pure craftsmanship. The Greek-Albanian family has Greek roots but they lived in Albania for many years before returning to settle in Greece. There is no way around it; with this particular spot on Parga, they chose well. Who wouldn’t want to stay here?
The apartments are clean and come with modern facilities all around. Comfort guaranteed. And the beds… what incredible mattresses! I decided to lay down for a bit and enjoyed the view of large lemon and olive trees through my bedroom window. It didn’t take long before I felt rested and ready for a refreshing swim in the pool. Next up: exploring the surroundings. What a perfect location; peaceful yet close to the town centre and the beach. Truly the best of both worlds…Yamas!
