Unfortunately, my last night in Santorini had arrived. How time flies! I had taken more pictures than ever before. What a gorgeous place. That night, I would conclude my unforgettable holiday with a delicious dinner on the stylish patio at my hotel.
Theodore, the owner of the hotel and the chef at the restaurant, had just served a delicious Greek dish. ‘Kali orexia!’, which means ‘enjoy your meal’. And enjoy the meal I would. It looked delicious. Theodore asked if everything was satisfactory. Not only that, and not only then; my entire stay at the hotel had been absolutely perfect. A content smile appeared on his face. My room was comfortable and the view from my terrace enchanting.
And so was the view from the cosy patio where I was enjoying my last meal. I took a delicious bite and watched as the sun was being swallowed by the sea in slow motion. Unforgettable!
