"Eliza, I want to show you my favourite spot on Santorini" says George. Together we take one last sip of our refreshing drink and head for Drops Villas. My good friend George has told me many stories about his luxury villas. He is especially proud of the fact that he designed the buildings himself. George is an architect and has put a lot of time and love into the villas.
He has promised me that I can completely relax there, because he has found a lovely quiet location for the villas, near a traditional Greek village. When we arrive, I see soon enough that what he said is true. The pearly white villas are situated in a unique location, surrounded by windmills. George shows me everything with enthusiasm. I can't wait to cool off in the private pool.
We enter one of the villas and the first thing I notice is the interior. The interior is luxurious and minimalist, with an eye for detail. The quiet colours give a cool feeling to the villa. "There's some goodies waiting for you," George says as he winks and walks away. Curious I look around and see a delicious bottle of Greek wine. That just made my day!
