Ideas for your Portuguese tour

Experience complete calm

The Algarve is a large area on the Portuguese southern coast that stole my heart. I recommend visiting the capital Faro, with its atmospheric old city centre with its tiled streets, museums and rich history. Quinta dos Amigos, with its quintessential Portuguese atmosphere, is also located in this area.

Lagos is also worth a visit. Located in the westernmost part of the Algarve, it’’s known for its stunning coastline, with cliffs and the most beautiful beaches. Stay at the authentic Quinta das Portelas nearby.

  • Complete rest
  • Authentic Portugal
  • Discover the local cuisine

What to do on your Greek island tour

Discover the island from north to south

With its idyllically green landscape and rich history, Peloponnese is a great destination for a tour. Visit Olympia, the UNESCO World Heritage Listed spot where the original Olympic Games were held every 4 years between 776 BC and 393 AD. Stay at the Natura Club & Spa,only an hour away from Olympia.

A little further south, Kamaria Villas is a good place to relax for a while, . Nestled between the olive trees , it’s a place to fully recharge. It’s also close to the beach, with excellent sea views. Lovers of tennis can make full use of the tennis court at Kamaria Villas.

  • Go island hopping
  • Imagine yourself among the locals
  • Enjoy the Greek cuisine

Your Spanish Voyage of discovery

From the mainland to the islands

With its wealth of nature, its rich history and delicious food, Andalusia is a perfect destination for a tour. All kinds of peoples settled here inthe Middle Ages . This is reflected in the style of the buildings and is very interesting to learn about at the many museums in the area. see Visit Ronda, a village split in two by the Tajo gorge.  My favourite part is the bridge, which connects the old town to the commercial part and offers spectacular views.

I also recommend going to the Plaza Maria Auxiliadora and following the path down , where you will find two scenic spots to snap your selfies.   Casa de Montejaque, a 26-minute drive from Ronda, offers a rustic stay nearby. For your next place to stay, I’d recommend a spot close to the beach. Molino el Mastral is perfect.  Walk only a few hundred meters and you’ll have your feet in the sea. There are also various other activities to do in the area, and there’s a horse riding stable nearby.

  • Enjoy Spanish tapas
  • Drive through the green landscape
  • Long, golden beaches

Ideas for your Italian tour

Consider Puglia

Better known as the heel of Italy’s boot, and dotted with ancient Greek and Roman sites, Puglia is as pretty as can be.It’s the  perfect destination for a tour.  Two impressive places I’d recommend you to stay on your tour are the Masseria Mongio dell'Elefante, at the tip of the boot, and the Leonardo Trulli Resort, located a bit to the north.

Puglia is known for its iconic trulli houses with their conical roofs. At the Leonardo Trulli Resort, you can stay in one of these typical trullis. And, at Masseria Mongio dell'Elfante you  can enjoy a wonderful spa with a Turkish bath and sauna for the ultimate in relaxation.
  • Surround yourself with the vineyards
  • Spend the night in an agriturismo
  • La dolce vita

Ideas for your tour in Cyprus

A magical place in the Mediterranean

Cyprus is called the island of love. According to Greek myth, the goddess Aphrodite was born in this splendid place. In addition to a wealth of cultural attractions, Cyprus is also naturally beautiful, boastingwhite cliffs, green mountains, white sandy beaches and a green sea. It’s a unique destination for a tour.

The port city of Larnaca is well worth exploring. Take a boat trip or see the Byzantine church. I recommend a stay atThalassines Villas, half an hour away from Larnaca. There are many sites of archaeological  interest around the UNESCO World Heritage Listed town of Paphos, offering a good mix of culture and adventure. Stroll through the ancient streets in the centre and enjoy a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants. Stay at the nearby Azzurro Villas, the perfect place to retreat from the crowds.

  • Different cultures coming together
  • Every place is different
  • A treasure trove of archaeological finds

My tips for your Maltese tour

Ready to explore the blue lagoon?

Malta consists of two islands, Malta and Gozo. Both islands have beautiful churches, an old centre and fantastic beaches, and between them,a Blue Lagoon. Swim in the clear blue water and relax with a delicious drink on one of the terraces. Don’t miss a visit to Medina, a historic city that will take you back to the Baroque era and the Middle Ages. It’s a great place to stroll through and check out the authentic shops. Not far away is Olive House, where you can stay in traditional Maltese style.

The spectacular mountain views at View Point Boutique Living are a feast for the eyes. It’s also a wonderful place to take nature walks on the cliffs and the nearby beach.
