Ooh la la! Summer is here and in June I usually plump for a sunny beachside holiday! The Med is getting nice and warm and I can take a dip whenever I fancy it. After that, I’ll soak up the sun, golden sand between my toes, as I delve into a trashy summer read. Heaven indeed!

In June, I enjoy travelling to Ibiza to stay in a villa by the beach. This Spanish island, with its warm Mediterranean climate, has mild winters and warm summers. I can highly recommend a holiday here!
I also love going to Crete. This Greek island always has a pleasant sea breeze, and there are many historic sites to explore. Temperatures in this summer month can reach up to 40°C, so I'm excited to have my own private pool for cooling off!
