It was like my fork was automatically drawn back to the plate after every bite. Absolutely mouthwatering! I found myself at the restaurant of Montebelli Country Resort where chef Clarence had promised me authentic Italian flavours. He was right: each bite exceeded my expectations.
Everything he served me had been prepared according to traditional recipes in their purest and simplest form. A true party in my mouth! Italian cuisine is one of my favourites with its fresh and tasteful ingredients. And my surroundings only contributed to the ambiance: nice and cosy with nothing but greenery outside.
I took another sip of wine as I walked myself through the remainder of my holiday. Plenty to do in the area as well as at the agriturismo itself. From cycling to horseback riding and yoga surrounded by nature. I was hoping to experience it all during this trip in Tuscany...
