On top of a hill in the green hinterlands of the town of Lagos, you'll find the Monte Da Bravura Guest Houses. Far away from the hustle and bustle, I was able to unwind like never before. It was a sultry evening and I was relishing what had been a wonderful day, with a glass of red port and the owner, Fernando Madeira. Fernando told me about his childhood dream of building a place just like this. Inspired by his namesake, the famous Portuguese poet Fernando Pessao, who once said: "God creates, man dreams, dreams come true." He built his hotel with full commitment to ecology.
With a dreamy look in his eyes, he gazed at what he had built with his own hands and proudly smiled when he looked up. A rural landscape, a romantic porch and a magnificent pool; perfect ingredients for an amazing time. The view, the sunset, the moon with its stars; unforgettable moments! For some people, dreams come true. Fernando is one of them. And me? I will make my own dreams come true!

Are you booking a flight holiday? Then a rental car of the lowest category (Small Class) is selected as standard for your trip and you have the option of upgrading the rental car. You can pick up the rental car at the airport and drive to your accommodation yourself.
Are you booking a holiday with own transportation? Then the rental car is not included in your trip and you can (at some destinations) book the rental car if you are interested. When you book your rental car, you can pick it up at your destination and drive to your accommodation yourself. The transport to the pick-up point of the rental car is arranged by you.
