I looked at the azure blue water of the swimming pool through my sunglasses. After an intense yoga class, I was ready for one of the comfortable loungers. Several weeks before, I had received a message from my friend Luisa, the owner of Alamos Retreat, asking me to drop by for a couple of days. I wasn’t going to say no to that! As soon as I arrived, Luisa and Lourenzo gave me a warm welcome. They created a comfy place that breathes serenity throughout.
Even the room with its bohemian interior. I was relaxing on the lounger and saw Lourenzo approaching in the distance. "How about some breakfast, Eliza?" I smiled. I was definitely up for some breakfast.
I listened to Lourenzo while sipping my smoothie. He talked about hidden beaches and his passion for wellness, and soon invited me to join him for some meditation in the moonlight that evening. It promised to be a unique experience and I couldn't wait! I realised that I didn’t have anything planned for the day: would I visit the hidden beach Lourenzo had told me about or would I install myself on a lounger and be lazy all day with the occasional dip in the pool?

Are you booking a flight holiday? Then a rental car of the lowest category (Small Class) is selected as standard for your trip and you have the option of upgrading the rental car. You can pick up the rental car at the airport and drive to your accommodation yourself.
Are you booking a holiday with own transportation? Then the rental car is not included in your trip and you can (at some destinations) book the rental car if you are interested. When you book your rental car, you can pick it up at your destination and drive to your accommodation yourself. The transport to the pick-up point of the rental car is arranged by you.
