Yet another perfect location to lose yourself for a while. The northern side of Madeira is impressive and slightly rugged. This is where you’ll find Quintas da Quebrada, surrounded by a sea of flowers in the garden and alongside the paths. The quintas all have a beautiful kitchen, so preparing yourself a delicious lunch is easy as pie. The atmosphere is pleasant and the patio in front of the quinta offers a sublime view of the sea in the evening. Quintas da Quebrada also has a small pool for some freshening up.
Are you the adventurous type? Follow the road from the quintas until you see a sign that says Praia. It will show you the way to a rocky beach. Do be careful because swimming in the sea isn’t always allowed on the northern side of Madeira due to high waves and dangerous currents.

When you book your rental car, you can pick it up at your destination and drive to your accommodation yourself. The transport to the pick-up point of the rental car is arranged by you.
