Slowly I wake up after a good night's sleep. As soon as I get out of bed, I feel that I still have sore muscles from yesterday. On the owner's advice, I went horseback riding for the first time through the beautiful forests of Catalonia. What a unique experience. There are few places in the world where I have experienced this feeling of freedom and peace. The green nature, vast fields and many vineyards are a feast for the eyes.

When I returned to the hotel, Jose Luis was still at reception and invited me to have a drink at the bar. "We serve the most famous cocktails in the world, you should be ready for that!" he says, smiling. After sharing my adventures with him and his friendly staff, I retired to the terrace with my cocktail. The fact that I was treated to an unforgettable Mediterranean sunset made my day.

The positive energy that I get from this place hit me as soon as I opened the curtains. It is really getting up in paradise here... Peralta Paradise...
