Indescribable! I drive through beautiful valleys and along rural winding roads. I am falling more in love with the special island of Mallorca every day. As I am with Predi Son Jaumell Hotel Rural. A beautiful historic building located on a fairy-tale estate. This could lead to a place that I am now longing for. Quiet, very comfortable and with an authentic atmosphere. I drove up the driveway and when I saw the impressive entrance, I knew that this was exactly what I was looking for. In front of me was a centuries-old farmhouse surrounded by a beautiful Spanish landscape.
My suite is elegant and stylish with beautiful old walls. All suites have beautiful thick, old walls with sometimes the hooks from the old stables still in them. And from my lovely terrace I have a breathtaking view of the green hills and the olive trees. In the distance I can also see the impressive castle of Capdepera! And then there is an excellent restaurant and a large swimming pool. There is so much to do and experience here. Tomorrow I want to explore this northern part of Mallorca. But how? Shall I go out by bike or on foot? Or is it on horseback? All options are possible. I will decide tomorrow. Now let's go to the restaurant, where ex-El Bulli chefs make daring local dishes...
