Hotel Rural Son Palou

It was only around midnight that my delayed plane landed on Mallorca. Afraid that I would call him out of bed, I contacted Mark, the manager of the Hotel Rural Son Palou. Who fortunately was still dining with some of his guests in his restaurant. "No problem, just wait, I'll be right there!" Mark drove me to the Hotel Rural Son Palou in the dark, telling me a hundred stories. Where, as soon as my head hit the pillow, I sank into a deliciously deep sleep.

When I opened the curtains the next morning, I could not believe what I saw: an endless view. Rolling green fields, rugged mountains far away, and all bathed in the warm morning sun. What a phenomenal panorama, as if you were thousands of kilometres away from civilisation. While just a few steps outside the hotel you are in the heart of the medieval village of Orient!

During breakfast, Mark told me about the immense estate of Son Palou, which covers almost the entire valley of Orient. As far as you can see, that's how big the area is. I'm going to start using Mark's app right away. He has developed this app especially for his guests and it is packed with great walking routes! For the rest of my week at the Hotel Rural Son Palou, there was something that surprised me every day. The nature, the silence, the wonderful pool, the delicious food. What could be more fun than to be pampered every day? Surprise yourself every day! And that is possible at Hotel Rural.
