Once again, I have stumbled upon a special place with a unique history. This time, I get to spend the night at Finca Son Miranda, an old farm that has been transformed into a charming agritourism where guests can enjoy a carefree holiday. This location has almost everything: mountain views, the smell of nature, the sound of birds, the light of the Spanish sun... I could go on and on!
The atmosphere around the hotel is characterised by the green surroundings of the olive groves. This is where the olive oil is produced, which you can taste in the dishes. It is not for nothing that I will go on a tour of the olive grove tomorrow.
When I met one of the owners, he told me frankly about olive oil production and about the stylish decoration of the hotel. Finca Son Miranda owes its name to the sculptor Sebastian Miranda, who is the uncle of the current owners. He has always had a strong connection with the world of art. These drawings and sculptures by Sebastian Miranda can also be found at the accommodation. One thing is for sure, I will be amazed...
